Fall Fashion Favorites: Navy and Burgundy Part 2

Last Wednesday I posted a Fall Fashion Favorites dedicated to the color theme navy and burgundy. There was just sooooooooo much good stuff out there I decided to make another. I have some really amazing pieces to show you today I can hardly contain my excitement!

  • We all know the bomber jacket has been a major trend for a couple of seasons now. They come in many shades and fabrics making them wearable all times of the year. I love this version because it offers a fresh take on the bomber jacket. Its long silhouette is perfect for fall. (1)

  • I’ve always wanted to try over the knee boots and when I saw these velvet ones I almost died. The color is perfect for the season and I’ve already mentioned how much I’m currently loving velvet in a previous post. They are also a good alternative in terms of cost for the Stuart Weitzman boots (11) also in this post. (6)
  • Lately I have been wearing my shirt tucked in. Bodysuits are great because you get a seamless transition without it bunching up. I thought this one went well with the color theme and the lace made it special. The best part is that it has snaps at the bottom so you don’t have to take the whole thing off when going to the bathroom. I’m pretty sure we all know that struggle. (12)
  • Once again I love hats. When I saw this one with gold metal detail I just couldn’t say no. (19)
  • Every year J. Crew brings back its Excursion Vest in new colors and patterns as well as the original basics. They are my absolute favorite vest and I own quite a few. Throwing them over a sweater or long sleeve shirt instantly can elevate your look. (22)
  • This coat would probably be worn once it gets a little bit cooler. It’s the perfect statement coat to throw over an outfit on a night out. The color-blocking works so well and I would jump at the chance to wear this jacket despite the fact it’s still 80 degrees. (23)
  • I’ve saved the best for last! When I saw this bag I instantly thought of the Mark Cross Grace Box. The styles are so similar but the Zara version is just a small fraction of the cost of the Mark Cross Bag. If you want to try out the style for the season without spending a whole lot, this is the way to go. (26)
