I can’t believe it’s Monday already! Someone please let me know if there are such days as Saturday and Sunday or have they been removed from the week because I definitely missed them. It seems like this semester the weekends are nonexistent and the weekdays are never-ending. I’ve only been back three weeks but at this rate I’ll never make to spring break!

Before I get too ahead of myself let’s take a few steps back. It is winter after all and that is exactly what I’ll be showing you today; a (South Florida) winter look. I might as well start off with the piece that ties the whole outfit together, which is this blanket kimono. It’s a pretty combination of paisley print, stripes, and plaid. You might think it would be too in your face, but it’s not because of the rich earthy tones. Every time I wear this kimono, another shirt is worn underneath. It’s amazing the different combinations that can be made. This time I’ve decided to wear an olive tank top but burnt orange looks great too.

On the bottom I am wearing a pair of medium wash skinny jeans cuffed above my booties. They are the perfect suede booties and the gold hardware matches my watch and earrings perfectly. Tassels are still very much in and I’ve decided to carry on the trend with this beaded tassel necklace.

Well that sums up my outfit for today. Hopefully this week will go by a little quicker than the last.
