Zebra Beach

It has been a whole week since my last post so I feel the need to catch up. Hope everyone had a nice and relaxing Easter last week spent with family and friends. I remember the days when I use to dye eggs and my aunts and mom would hide them in my grandparent’s backyard while we anxiously wait inside. Those were the days. Now I spend my Easter writing papers and studying for exams. I know I’ve said this again and again, but there is about a week left in the semester! Definitely counting down the days and this outfit is a reminder of what is to come.

As you know by now, Lilly Pulitzer is a staple in my wardrobe and today I’m going to introduce you to two more Lilly friends. Meet the Elsa Top. Many of you already know what this is or also have one, maybe several. It is such a flattering top for all shapes and sizes. It comes in a spectrum of solid colors and almost every print Lilly offers. They also recently came out with a cold-shoulder version which is perfect for the summer. I decided to carry on this Seaspray Blue hue down to my pants. It’s mixed in with green and white and kind of reminds me of a zebra. They are some of the most comfortable pants I own and I love how they just flow in the wind. These pants are a little long so I wore my gold wedges for a little height. Oh, and of course a summer staple, the hat.

Sidenote: Today is April 22, 2017 which means it’s Earth Day! I just realized that I’m sporting the colors of our wonderful planet. Totally unintentional.
